In addition to our local governance team, we have a dedicated Agile Delivery Manager based with the team in the Philippines who monitors and supports their activity. Having someone within the Philippines ensures issues are identified and remediated immediately whenever the team are working.

Long Term Flexibility

Where you commit to a hybrid squad (5 or more FTE) we offer the ability to change the makeup of the team with as little as 1 Sprint’s notice. The makeup of the team is monitored continuously and can be refined quickly to match the evolving nature of the work.

In the unlikely event you’re not happy with the work of a team member, then let us know month and we’ll not charge you for any of their time and provide you with a replacement to take over the assignment.
